Happy Mother's Day!

Owen brought home the cutest Mother's Day gift from school! He also gave me a flower & some yummy pastries when I dropped him off at school on Friday. Today I got to sleep in :-) Then he & Steve gave me a shirt & a new chain for my necklace. They suprised me with a trip to the Cheesecake Factory. Yummy! Owen was on his best behavior & did a great job eating. We walked around the mall, Owen enjoyed looking at everything at The Rainforest Cafe. We stopped at a fun playground in Hollis on the way home. And, concluded our outing w/ a trip to Coldstone, free ice cream for mommy. It was a fun, relaxing & yummy Mother's Day.

Touch a Truck

I took Owen to the "Touch a Truck" event on Saturday (Steve had to meet his group for a project). Despite the constant cries of "tractor" "big truck" and "jeep", it wasn't a huge success. He liked to look at all the trucks, but didn't really want to touch any of them. He did, however, love sitting in & pretending to drive the bus! Oh well, we got a bunch of free goodies & had fun.

Fisher Cats Game

Friday night my school at a fundraiser at the Fisher Cats game. Owen liked watching the game & the players. But, I think he was more fascinated by the stairs & the Hawaian ice :-)

More Birthday Presents

On Owen's birthday we took him to Chuck E Cheese to play a few games. He finally got to use his Easter money (Mommy, Easte football money cheese" had been his cry ever since Easter! After, we came home & he opened the rest of his presents from mommy & daddy.
